Initial Consultation

There is no charge for an initial consultation. This is a conversation we have over coffee, tea, or via Google Meet. I welcome any questions you might have and would love the chance to get to know you and how your pregnancy has been going. We can also discuss what you might be envisioning for your birth. Partners are also welcome to come to these consultations as this could potentially be the start of forming your birth team. My role isn’t to replace your partner but to supplement and guide you both through the birth.

1-2 Prenatal meetings

Before your birth we will have 1-2 prenatal meetings. These meetings we continue to get to know each other. Things we will also review include discussing your birth preferences and review your birth plan. We will also review the stages of labor and some coping techniques. We will also discuss what might happen if unexpected situations occur in labor. 

Informational support throughout pregnancy

Once we start working together through 2 weeks postpartum I am available via phone, text, Google Meet, or email to answer questions, be a sounding board, and provide resources. There is no limit to how many times you can connect with me during this time.

On call 24/7 from 38-42 weeks of your Estimated Due Date (EDD)

I come when you need me, whether at your home or at the hospital. If your birth happens outside of this window I will make every effort to be there with you.

In-person labor support

I am there for you support throughout our labor up until 1-2 hours postpartum.

1-2 Postpartum visits

Sometime within 1-2 weeks after your birth I will come for a visit on your schedule. During this time I can answer questions, talk through your birth experience, and check in on your healing and well being.
